Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

What happens after I place my order?

The order is processed within one business day and shipped via UPS.

How are products delivered to me?

Your product will be shippied via UPS.

Do you deliver?

All orders that are placed online will be shipped via UPS. If you want to pick up an item at my office in Naugatuck, CT, call or email to make arrangemnts before placing an order.

my product was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

This does happen sometimes. I over pack my products to prevent this. If it does happen, contact UPS or go to a UPS store with the shipping label and damaged item. In most cases, they will remburse you up to a certain amount. Remember, UPS is a seperate company. Once the package is shipped, the responsibility falls on to them. If they give you any trouble, contact me,  I will do my best to help the situation, but I can't make any guarantees.

What are your retail store hours?

The retail is now closed. We are online only.

Will you hold an item?

Sorry, first come, first serve. If you pay for an item online and want to pick it up instead of shipping of it being shipped, I can hold it up to 7 days.

Can I get a discount?

If you are local, meet at my office, and pay cash, I might be able to negotiate, depending on the item. Buying in bulk will guarantee a discount. If you purchase off my website, all prices are firm due to the high cost of online tranactions.

Do you trade?

I do like to trade. Please contact me first. keep in mind, I need to be able to trade up as if I was buying the product to sell. Do not just show up with stuff to trade. I may or may not be interested in trading certain items.

What payment methods do you accept?

The online store accepts credit cards and paypal and are all processed through paypal. 

Do you buy things?

As a picker, I'm always buying things. If you have a barn, warehouse, storage units, or lots of space filled with great stuff, I want to check it out. You can bring stuff to the office by appointment as well. Remember, I need to get the items at a picking price in a market that is still suffering from the recession. If you want top dollar, you'll have to open a shop and try your luck. Please contact me before bringing items to the office to make sure I'm interested. I also accept donations.

Not at the moment, but stay tuned. That will change.
